Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

4. Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method (note: since we operate on cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via alternative arrangements, which will be communicated).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or personalized products (if any) are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
